World Wise for Seasonal Work specializes in placing students in temporary employment positions from June 1 to September 30, 2018. Students are allowed to work for up to 90 days per calendar year. Typically, the work period ranges from 2 to 3 months.
At the start of their contracts in Germany, students will already have valid visas and work permits for the employment duration. The company manages the entire process of preparing the necessary documentation in an innovative and efficient manner.
To facilitate this process, it is essential for employers to specify the number of students they need and the skills required for the job. Employers are not required to pay for health insurance, nursing care insurance, or unemployment insurance for the students, as the students are covered by private health insurance from their home country, which remains valid in Germany.
